Reins & Pours Mobile Bar Company Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions form part of a legally binding contract between Reins & Pours Mobile Bar Company and the Clients upon signing of contract.
If the items in these terms and conditions are not met, we reserve the right to either withdraw our services or make an additional charge to cover our reasonable costs or losses in revenue.
Rental Time: Rental time begins 2 hours prior to event start time for set up, prep, and décor of the rental on the event date. Rental ends approximately 2 hours post event end time when clean-up is complete.
Rental Inclusions:
· Fully equipped Mobile Bar unit. Mobile bar is equipped with glassware, bar tools, mini fridge, and wine cooler.
· Staff for event. Rental includes 2 staff members; an additional server can be added for $25.00/hr if your event is large. (i.e. 100+ guests) Reins & Pours staff will provide bar service as well as clearing of empty bottles, cans, and glassware.
· Glassware or plastic drink ware. Glassware is provided for wine, highballs and cocktails. Beer is served in bottles or cans, depending on what the client has purchased. Coffee and Tea are served in sturdy paper cups. Water can be served in bottles or plastic drink ware. Water can be set up as a water station, depending on what had been agreed upon with the client. We have plastic drink ware on hand as back-up when needed.
Condition of Rental:
· A signed contract and a date-hold deposit (25% of quote price) must be received to hold your date and time.
· An additional 50% deposit 1 month prior to your event date.
· An invoice for the remaining balance will be given to you upon event completion and is due two days after the event date.
· Client must organize sufficient access to the venue on Reins & Pours behalf prior to the start time of the event to provide and assemble the required goods and equipment.
· Client must organize sufficient access from the venue on Reins & Pours behalf after the closing time of the event to properly vacate the venue. Time is needed to enable all goods and equipment to be dismantled, removed and loaded into waiting vehicles.
· When applicable, a copy of the Special Event Permit must be obtained by Reins and Pours Mobile Bar Company no later than 28 days prior to your event.
· Reins & Pours Mobile Bar Company bar staff reserve the right to close the bar at any time if (in their opinion) unruly or troublesome behavior has arisen or is likely to arise within the venue or its environs.
· We use other vehicles dependent on the size of your event. For security and convenience of storing/collecting reserve stock, this vehicle(s) must be close to and within the boundary of the venue.
· We will require a standard power supply at or near to the bar location.
Supply of Beverages:
Reins & Pours Mobile Bar Company shall be the sole provider of all beverages at the event unless previously agreed in writing. It will not be permitted for anyone to consume their own drinks at the event.
The exception to this is when wine and water is supplied by the caterers during the main meal.
The bar will only serve drinks previously decided and agreed upon with the client. Under no circumstances will the bar serve shots.
Deposit Schedule for Bar Services:
A date-hold deposit must be paid to confirm booking. The booking can only be confirmed by receipt of the deposit payment. The payment should be made by certified cheque or email money transfer; payments are payable to Ms. Crystal Enns. E-transfers can be sent to reinsandpours@outlook.com
Date-Hold Deposit 25% - due upon contract completion.
50% Deposit - due 1 month before event date,
Remaining balance 25% - due once event is complete.
Bar Opening Times:
Bar opening times will be subject to approval by the relevant authorities.
Electric Power Supply:
The client shall ensure a standard wall outlet power supply (15amp/120volt) be located at or near to the bar location. Reins & Pours will supply in total 150ft of extension cord for your event. If 150 ft of extension cord does not reach the power supply, the client will be responsible to supply an extension cord for the remaining distance.
If no power supply is available, a generator will need to be provided by the client, otherwise an additional generator fee will be applied.
Access to Venue:
The client shall ensure sufficient time is available to access the venue prior to the start of the event to unload and prepare equipment and stock. The Client shall also ensure sufficient time between the closing of the bar and having to vacate the venue to enable all goods and equipment to be dismantled, removed and loaded into waiting vehicles.
Vehicle Parking:
A secure parking spot for Reins & Pours Mobile Bar Company vehicles should be made available next to the venue access point to ensure availability of additional stock and to facilitate easy loading and unloading.
The Licensing Act
Our bar works under The Liquor Control and Licensing Act.
Our staff are instructed to operate within these rules. Please note the following:
1) No alcohol will be sold to anyone under the age of 19, or who appears to be so and cannot prove otherwise. If your event includes guests around the age of 19, please ask them to bring ID.
2) It is an offence to sell or supply alcohol to anyone under the age of 19. If we suspect that anyone is doing so, service from that person will be withdrawn. If we see anyone we know to be underage drinking alcohol that has been purchased from us, we confiscate the drink or ask you to do so.
3) We will not serve anyone who is excessively drunk, or who is abusive or threatening to staff or other customers or guests.
Payment for drinks:
All drinks are paid for as sold on the night, with the exception of prepaid drinks packages or prepaid free bars. We do not offer credit or credit card facilities and will not run a tab type bar unless monies have been paid prior to the event or an agreement has been drawn up.
